I bought an open box sewing machine, which arrived surprisingly quickly. I called and the person who answered my questions was freindly and helpful. In hindsight I would rather have bought a new machine as the machine does not close properly. This does not impact the way it works but is a little annoying, when it doesnt sit nicely and I have to keep popping it closed at the top.
I order this machince online after a long search . I chated with their representative and help me choose this machine. Their service is superb and easy to chat.Shipping really fast considering the shop is from British Columbia and I'm in Onatrio.It only took 3 day to get the machine.
