RATES & POLICIES

Linda’s Quilt Shoppe offers free shipping on purchases over $100 within Canada. Please note, express shipping methods may not be available for PO Box locations. Contact us directly if you have any questions.

**If you are in Nunavut or the Northwest Territories, shipping will be via Canada Post. You do have an option for custom shipping. Contact us directly for shipping quotes.

NO REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders take 2 business days for processing to ensure accuracy. Depending on the shipping method selected, please allow additional business days for transit, and holiday closures.
Note: Deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date. You can track your order via our website in the "My Account" section. Order processing times are Tuesday to Friday, from 9am - 12pm.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted carriers to ensure the fastest delivery based on your location. These include:

  • Purolator
  • UPS

The carrier will be selected by us during processing to ensure timely delivery. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us directly is you wish to wave this.

CUSTOM SHIPPING REQUESTS

For custom shipping requests, such as additional insurance or the use of a specific carrier, please contact us immediately after placing your order at online@lindasquiltshoppe.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that all custom shipping specifications can be met, as it depends on carrier availability and processing times. Additional costs may apply.

STORE HOURS

Our store is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM. Feel free to visit us during these hours or contact us for any inquiries.
