Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Sewing Machines, Accessories, and Classes

We offer a 10-day return policy on unopened items, with return shipping at the customer’s expense. Pre-order items are considered final sale.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at online@lindasquiltshoppe.com. If your return is approved, you may ship the item back to us (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer). Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (Less the original shipping cost, along with a 10% restocking fee)— typically within the same business day. Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, funds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account.


Classes & Workshops

Class fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend a class, please contact us in advance — we may be able to offer a credit toward a future class depending on availability.


Shipping & Insurance

We ship all orders without insurance by default. If you would like your sewing machine or accessory purchase to be fully insured, please contact us prior to ordering so we can add insurance for an additional fee.

For international shipments, any added tariff fee's are the responsibility of the receiver.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used sewing machines/accessories
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Class registrations
  • Gift cards
  • Pre-orders


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the best method is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
