I bought a Janome extension table for my HD5000. It was an item out of stock EVERYWHERE but I got to text chat with a human who thanked me for my purchase and estimated when the extension table would be back in stock. It was back in stock exactly when the person on the other end of the chat said it would be. It was sent to me quickly after that. It was a great price and a great experience.
