I am so pleased with this machine. I was able to finish quilting a large queen size quilt using the large embroidery hoop. Any little issues I've had Jim has been wonderful providing the necessary information to enable a fix. It's difficult when there are no repair places close by.
I look forward to meeting Linda and Jim in person.
