Garment Sewing - Make the Holmes Dress with Julia (Aug)

This is a confident beginner class that builds on basic garment construction skills. We will be sewing the Holmes dress which is a PDF pattern by Helen’s Closet. It is a classic transitional piece to add to your wardrobe. We will learn how to sew button holes and go over key fitting adjustments to get a good fit over body areas.

Skill Level:
Confident Beginner – Intermediate

Supplies Required:

• PDF pattern must be downloaded and printed prior to the first class (search: Helen’s Closet Orchard Dress).

• Refer to the PDF printing guide for help if needed.

• Fabric, notions, and other sewing supplies (full supply list provided upon registration).
