I ordered this machine on New Year’s Eve and even though it was during the holidays, I received it January 9th. Amazing delivery time. This machine is absolutely beautiful. I’ve owned many machines but this one has everything I’ve ever wanted. The automatic threader (a must for people with vision difficulties), the knee lift, the automatic cutter! I could go on and on. If you’re on the fence about purchasing this machine…don’t be. You won’t be disappointed.
I have enjoyed using my babylock brilliant. Although I am still learning most of what it can do
I used a lighter weight Guttermann thread in both the upper thread and bobbin and the stitches were not acceptable.
They were wavey .
After retreading everything I replaced with a thicker cotton (versus polyester)Guttermann thread and the stitches are excellent.
Otherwise the machine is beautiful.
I absolutely love my new Babylock Brilliant sewing machine. Sews so smoothly and I love the thread cutter and the needle threader.
