I was so impressed with the service, I got over the phone
I am so excited to try out my new baby lock serger, I had one for over 25years plus, so I was happy to see that baby lock is still one of the best serger on the market
I have to thank Lynn LINDA for all her help over the phone and since I don’t live in Kelowna I was able to chat to her over the phone about my serger
Delivery service was great too and I got it in less than a week, can’t wait to go to Kelowna and meet all of them

It was a real pleasure dealing with Linda's Quilt Shoppe where I purchased my new Babylock Acclaim Air Thead Serger. It works like a dream and is so easy to change threads/stitch types on any type of fabric I have tried (light weight knits to heavy coating fabric). The staff were great to work with and delivery was very fast and easy to track. I only wished I lived in the area to take advantage of their onsite classes.
Looking forward to receiving my Acclaim which is on backorder. I know I won't be disappointed because Babylock makes an exceptional product and purchasing from Linda's Quilt Shoppe is a bonus. Excellent customer service
This machine is awesome and I must say that I love using it. The air threading is the absolute best. What I like is that if I have a question or want to know a technique, Linda is more than willing to help me out. I have my machine ready to go everyday.
The air threader feature is a great help when changing threads,etc. makes life very easy, less stress. Would recommend this machine!!!
