Baby Lock Lint Box #76920

Good old traditional customer service is what Linda's Quilt Shop delivers consistently every time. Their staff are knowledgeable, efficient, patient and oustanding in their work.

That is really what this review is about as we all know what the "Baby Lock Lint Bin" is about as it is a replacement part for the original. It functions as it always did (just be careful of those clips and hooks that are plastic when removing the bin....it is just plastic...hence replacement). The part gets only a two or three star for that very reason...plastic clips and hooks can't get anything higher as they always break no matter how careful you are.

But, definitely 5 STARS for Linda's Quilt Shoppe. Of course they had the part! And extra kudos for sending a link to a video on how to put on and remove the "lint bin" (I asked for advice, in case I was doing it wrong and that led to the breakage of the clips...I wasn't).

Above and beyond! I love this Shoppe.
